Notary Services: E-Notarizing Coming to Texas

Electronic notarizing will begin in Texas on July 1, 2018. Current notaries will be able to offer the service at $25 per notarization after registering through the state. Many oppose the enactment of TX House Bill 1217 but the convenience of using a webcam to notarize documents can not be denied.
